Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Trey Parker and Matt Stone aim their harsh satiric eye at the Pokemon craze in this episode of South Park. Eric, Stan, Kenny, Kyle, and the rest of the children of the town are falling all over themselves in an attempt to get the newest Chinpokomon toys. Slowly, the kids begin speaking a foreign language. An investigation uncovers that Chinpokomon is being used to brainwash kids into Anti-American actions. This typically irreverent episode of South Park references Independence Day and gets big laughs from a very old (and politically incorrect) gag concerning the physical size of various nationalities. "Chinpokomon" first aired November 3, 1999, on Comedy Central.
