Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The eighth annual Procter and Gamble Dreambuilder Celebration film, the hour-long Skin Complex was written by Chicago-based actor Craig J. Harris, who also appears onscreen in the small role of an interviewer. Wolfgang Bodison stars as Dr. Christopher Harrison, a successful, Ivy League-educated African-American surgeon. Despite reaching the top of his profession. Dr. Harrison often wonders if the road would have been less bumpy had he been white instead of black. His perspective undergoes a profound alteration when Harrison befriends Maurice (Tai Bennett) -- a white man who would rather be black. First broadcast in January 2003 in Cincinnati, OH (home base of Procter and Gamble), Skin Complex was subsequently syndicated nationally, and generally telecast during the Easter season.
