Synopsis by Judd Blaise
Because of his gambling debts, a Hollywood agent must come up with some quick cash or else. To raise the money, he organizes a team of skateboarders and enters them in a major competition. This action drama focuses on the skateboarders' efforts to win, despite opposition from an evil gangster.
