Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Long before he became one of the creators of Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, actor/writer Digby Wolfe starred in the obscure British sitcom Sheep's Clothing. The teenaged Wolfe was cast, appropriately enough, as Digby, a cheeky layabout who was forced to go out and find a job. Trouble was, Digby wanted to start at the top, a goal that just didn't seem to fit in with the game plans of any potential employers. The ineluctable Ronnie Corbett was seen as a comic valet. Sheep's Clothing was telecast by the BBC on an every-other-week basis from June 13 to September 5, 1957.
