Four unemployed youngsters (Srinath, Rajiv Kanakala, Raja and Krishna Bhagavan) are annoyed with the government's negligence and indifferent attitude towards the various issues prevalent in the villages of Andhra Pradesh. With the objective to raise the issue in front of the authorities they go to Hyderabad in order to meet the Chief Minister and inform him about the burning issues which exists at ground level. But they fail to meet the Chief Minister.
