Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) gets back together with Big (Chris Noth) but finds herself worrying that she's cheated on the trust of her friends, while Charlotte (Kristin Davis) finds that she's more or less cheating on her true sexual identity when she starts hanging with a group of elite "power lesbians" who are unaware of her heterosexuality. Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) begins dating a man whose obsession with porn makes her feel like she's in constant competition for his attention, and Samantha (Kim Cattrall) takes up with a personal trainer who likes to leave his distinctive mark on the women he takes to bed.
