Synopsis by Rebecca Flint Marx

While Charlotte (Kristin Davis) is away to Bermuda for her honeymoon with Trey (Kyle MacLachlan), the other girls make a spontaneous decision to hop a plane to Los Angeles. Upon arrival, Samantha (Kim Cattrall) duly makes the acquaintance of Garth (James Macdonald), who pays the rent as a dildo model. The generously endowed Californian invites Samantha and the girls to a party for his new product, where Sam ends up bedding her host while Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) find themselves disgusted with the tawdry festivities. Carrie is in for some tawdriness of her own when she meets a Hollywood producer (Matthew McConaughey) who wants to make a movie based on her columns; Carrie finds his proposition desirable enough until he begins making propositions of a more unseemly nature, and further insults her by offering crass remarks about her relationship with Big. Miranda, on the other hand, wishes someone would proposition her: Frustrated with her apparent invisibility to men, she saddles up a mechanical bull for a lusty ride. Returning from an asexual honeymoon, Charlotte creates an experiment to test Trey's lack of performance, and discovers that her husband's sexual issues are psychological rather than physical.
