Three mischievous roommates find themselves the targets of a ruthless crime syndicate in this remake of the hit comedy Delhi Belly. JK, Nadupakka Nakki, and Seenu are inseparable. His wedding fast approaching, prospective groom JK begins to wonder if he's about to make the biggest mistake of his life. Should he walk down the aisle with his fiancée Madhu, or throw caution to the wind and declare his love for his close friend Shakthi? Meanwhile, Seenu is still furious after being dumped by Gayathri when his obnoxious boss pushes him to the breaking point. And while Nadupakka Nakki is beset with explosive diarrhea after savoring some tandoori chicken from a street vendor, all three realize they've got bigger problems when they're inexplicably targeted by the most dangerous criminals in the city.
