Synopsis by Mark Deming
Grover, Elmo, and their friends from the Sesame Street gang show that fitness can be fun in this video program for kids. Sesame Street: Happy Healthy Monsters features Grover hosting his own exercise show as he and his friends discover the importance of eating right, proper play, and getting the right amount of rest. The program also features guest appearances from musicians Wyclef Jean and India Arie and comic actor Andy Richter.
