Conversely, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) grows progressively stupider while helping out her boyfriend, an aspiring doctor. Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) has to develop a two-hour act for an appearance at a junior high school. And Kramer (Michael Richards) transforms his apartment into a non-PC smoking lounge -- and ultimately seeks out the counsel of Jackie Chiles (Phil Morris) when the tobacco has an adverse effect on his looks.
