This film, narrated by Charlton Heston, is one of a two-part series that looks at intelligence operations during World War II. In this episode, the focus is on the role that women played in covert activities during the war. Female spies were an integral part of the war effort, seeking out secret information, supporting the resistance, and destroying the morale of the enemy. With archival film footage and first-person recollections, the stories of female O.S.S. agents and radio operators are told.
