Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
In this low-budget holiday fantasy, Wiziarde, a beloved Kansas City, Missouri TV clown tries to keep children happy in "Whizzoland." But for one very unhappy little girl, it's not as easy as it seems. The gentle Wiziarde takes the sorrowful child to see many Christmas displays downtown, but still she is sad. He then takes her on a magic carpet ride to the North Pole where they encounter Santa who gives them a whirlwind tour of his toy factory and tells her what Christmas really means. Later they all return to Whizzoland and all is well.
