Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Written and directed by Amir Shahab Razavian's Iranian road movie Safar-e Mardan-e Khahestari (Journey of the Grey Men), tells the story of three older puppeteers who drive from Tehran to their hometown of Birjand. Along the way, the audience learns of the characters' pasts. Journey of the Grey Men was screened at the Rotterdam Film Festival.
