The lives of two young lovers turn tragic when their elders forbid them to be wed in this routine romantic melodrama. When the boy's mother refuses to have his son marry the girl, she dies of a broken heart. The feature was reviewed at the Cardiff Commonwealth Film Festival in 1965.
