Synopsis
A 19-year-old rookie cop in Philadelphia was assigned to one of the city's toughest areas. Caulfield turned down a college scholarship to become a police officer like his dad and he found himself fighting crime in the city's 'Badlands.' The series showed some gritty promise, but viewers never showed up and Fox threw in the towel after only two episodes.
