Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
Though Liz (Shiri Appleby) hadn't told anyone her knowledge of the alien life in Roswell, she detailed her entire experience with Max (Jason Behr) in the pages of her journal; naturally, she is quite anxious when the journal comes up missing. Liz and Maria (Majandra Delfino) suspect Alex (Colin Hanks), a fellow student, but circumstances prevent Liz from telling Max until the next day. Meanwhile, it turns out that Ms. Topolski is not merely a prying guidance counselor, but a government agent. Though Ms. Topolski launches a search for the journal, Michael (Brendan Fehr) gives it back to Liz and confesses he had stolen it to see whether or not she could be trusted.
