Ronde des Heures (Round the Clock) is the story of Andre (Andre Bauge), an impoverished singer who marries the wealthy Yvette (Francoise Mussey). Upon losing his voice to illness, Andre divorces Yvette so that her family will take care of her then walks out of his life. Years later he resurfaces as a mute circus clown, wearing thick makeup which renders him unrecognizable. Hired to entertain at a children's party, Andre comes face to face with his own daughter for the first time. Even though your heart is breaking, laugh clown laugh.
