Certified and trained yoga instructor Romy Phillips hosts the at-home exercise video Romy Phillips: Yoga Sessions with Romy Phillips Vol. 2. Shot amid the urban bustle of Los Angeles, this program caters to the viewer with an intermediate level of yoga expertise who seeks to balance regular fitness regimens with the demands of a hectic contemporary schedule. Three segments promote increased flexibility and a strengthened, toned form. The first segment introduces the basic movements of level-two yoga posturing and helps each viewer to strengthen his or her torso. The second explores the "Vinyasa Flow Style," a method which enables energy to flow through the body more smoothly and effectively, with fewer direct impediments -- thus dramatically increasing stamina and concurrently toning the body.
