Synopsis by Emru Townsend
With the destruction of part of the Ontario quadrant, the Earth government has banished SDF-1 from Earth, its civilians unwelcome. As supply trucks from Earth fill the SDF-1 with cargo, Rick wrestles with the death of Ben Dixon. Deep in the bowels of the battle fortress, Bron, Rico, and Konda are preparing for their own departure; the spies, now thoroughly immersed in Earth culture, find themselves reluctant to return to their soldiering duties. When they return to the Zentraedi fleet, they discover that Breetai has been given command once more, and that he has assembled close to a million ships to deal with the SDF-1. When they give their report on human customs, Breetai and Exedore can't believe their ears -- especially when confronted with the idea of large amounts of non-combatants and the mingling of the sexes. After the debriefing, the three spies start showing some of the other soldiers the artifacts they've brought with them. In short order, word passes through the ship about the wonders of human culture.
