Synopsis
The gal pals snoop when a young man is killed in a jail bathroom just as he was to be released from prison. Enter sinister serial killer Charles Hoyt (Michael Massee), who claims to have the inside scoop on the slaying. Meanwhile, Frankie Jr. gears up for the detective's exam.
