Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

A Universal "Blue Streak Western" (the studio's top "brand"), this silent oater starred rough-hewn Art Acord as a homesteader falsely accused of cattle rustlings. Even Larrabee Keller's fiancée, Phyllis Sanderson Olive Hasbrouck, believes him to be guilty, especially after she finds Keller beside a branding fire. The girl nevertheless brings him help when he is hurt by the real rustler and soon discovers that Keller is an undercover Texas ranger. Arrested by the sheriff, Larrabee is freed by Phyllis and together they unmask the true culprit, nasty Bill Healy (Al Jennings). A real life bank robber who had turned his life around and become a movie actor, Jennings imbued his often villainous characterizations with a certain unvarnished realism.
