Synopsis by Hal Erickson
One of the first series presented by the new cable service Spike TV (actually the "old" cable service TNN), this vehicle for rapper-DJ Funkmaster Flex cast a loving eye upon celebrities and their automobiles. Predicated on the none too original premise that "a car expresses a person's personality," the series offered up-close glimpses at the "wheels" driven by the likes of Eminem, Lil' Kim, 50 Cent, Ja Rule, and P. Diddy. Need we add that there wasn't a "beater" or a "lemon" in the bunch? Ride With Funkmaster Flex debuted August 16, 2003.
