Synopsis by Cecilia Cygnar
This children's video helps kids learn to count with Richard Scarry's friends of Busytown in short, fun segments, each with a different story and various characters. In the title story, Sally is having trouble counting past the number six, so she is helped out by Huckle Cat and Lowly Worm, who come up with a clever musical way for her to learn her other numbers. In "Counting Chickens," kids will learn about numbers while counting along with a chicken counter as he adds the farm animals. In the last story, "Count on Us," Billy needs a new bike right before the bike-a-thon, so he gets a job at the grocery store to earn the money. After he still comes up short, his friends pitch in to help. This video is recommended for children ages two to five.
