Synopsis by Mark Deming

Chance brings together a man looking for answers and a part-time philosopher who doesn't mind helping with his questions in this independent drama from India. After someone close to him unexpectedly dies, Feroz (Anand Tiwari) is thrown into an emotional tailspin and he begins questioning the meaning and purpose of his existence. One day, while wandering through an open-air market, Feroz stops to look at some books, and picks up a copy of "The Only Revolution," a collection of spiritual essays. Feroz sees a passage underlined in the book that has an uncanny relevance to his current crisis, and he finds the name and address of the previous owner written in the inside cover. Feroz tracks down Dominic (Mustafa Zaveri), the book's former owner, to ask him more about his philosophy, but after meeting at his café, Dominic informs him he didn't underline anything in "The Only Revolution." That doesn't mean he doesn't have any advice for Feroz, however, and over the course of the day he shares his beliefs on the ups and downs of life and weathering its storms. R(Evolution) was the first feature film from writer, director and actor Mustafa Zaveri.
