Synopsis by Rovi
After learning that his mother, Catherine (Hélène Vincent), has been hospitalized, Thomas (Niels Schneider) decides to go back to their farmland in France. Upon arriving at his childhood home, he meets his deceased brother’s family: the vibrant Mona (Adèle Exarchopoulos), his girlfriend, and 6-year-old Alex (Roman Coustère Hachez), his son. Soon enough, he learns the truth about his brother’s death. Tensions also arise between him and his father, Michel (Patrick d'Assumçao), as old wounds resurface. This film adaptation of Serge Joncour’s novel is directed by Jessica Palud.
