Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
This documentary from filmmaker Roger Stahl investigates the influence of video games on politics and modern warfare. As military campaigns are waged increasingly via remotely controlled drones and weapons, Stahl proposes that the capacity to empathize with those directly affected by the brutalities of war may have been altered or diminished, and questions how the population can avoid further desensitization.
