Synopsis by Hal Erickson

The real-life houses used in the making of fictional films were spotlighted on the cable TV Reel Homes. Among the films in which the program's domiciles appeared were Father of the Bride (the Steve Martin version), Diamonds are Forever, Sleeper, Interview With the Vampire, and X2: X-Men United. Clips from the aforementioned films were used to point up the contrast between how the houses looked onscreen and how they appear in actuality; additionally, viewers were apprised of how they could use moviemaking techniques to improve the appearance of their own homes.
