The first ten-minute segment of Quick Fix: Total Cardio Kick focuses on the upper body. It uses various combinations of kickboxing punches and jabs for focused toning. The second segment features front and roundhouse kicks that help tone and strengthen the legs and lower back. The third and final segment is an overall fat-burning workout that raises body temperature for prime core conditioning.
