Longer, leaner, more supple muscles can be built in just ten minutes a day by using the Quick Fix series. This exercise video provides three ten minute segments designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles. These mini-workouts keep one's muscles stimulated by utilizing exercises which encourage muscle sculpting and definition, as well as improving core strength and posture.
