Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
As she embarks on her 40th decade, Julie feels empty somehow and tries to assuage her feelings by moving out into the countryside and joining a commune. Her understanding husband and another friend, a teacher, don't help much. Eventually she finds the commune is just another dead end and returns to her city life.
