Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
In a time when there are precious few areas left undeveloped in this world, filmmaker Pavol Barabas takes viewers on a tour of a place where earthly mysteries still dwell behind dense forests and dark swamps. Here, in a remote area of New Guinea, people dwell high in the trees. The conditions they live in have changed little since the Stone Age, and the natives possess little to no knowledge about the outside world. It's no easy task reaching Pururambo, and according to missionaries the natives still practice cannibalism.
