Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Writer-director Barry Avrich’s documentary foregrounds the life and legacy of Hungarian-born American lawyer and former soldier Ben Ferencz: the last surviving prosecutor of the Nuremberg Trials. He served as the US Army’s Chief Prosecutor in the Einsatzgruppen Case, aided the victims of the Nazi regime, and became a lifelong advocate for an international rule of law.
