Synopsis by Augustine Chay
Director/co-writer Timur Bekmambetov’s techno-thriller unfolds on the computer screen of a freelance journalist (Valene Kane) who attempts to learn how ISIS is recruiting young European women online. She pretends to be a new Muslim convert and soon catches the attention of a dangerously charismatic ISIS recruiter (Shazad Latif).
