Outbreaks of lethal violence at international soccer events only became really noticeable in the late 1980s. A rash of sociological investigations took place as a result. This film attempts to dramatize that research, showing that the youngsters involved came from families where they were brutalized and understimulated by insensitive and animalistic parents. In the story, after a championship match, a group of youths are arrested for vandalizing the passenger car of a train. Their trial and the events leading up to it are interwoven in this straightforward movie.
