This two-volume writing program is a companion to and prerequisite for the GED Language Arts, Writing program. In this introductory course, the writing student is given basic instruction in grammar, as well as tips to improve spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. The use of the dictionary and thesaurus are covered. The program, while preparatory for the GED, will also enhance writing skills for ordinary tasks, from letter writing to job applications.
