A team of deep-sea treasure hunters awaken a prehistoric predator that threatens to spread terror throughout the world's oceans in this action-packed creature feature. It all started when Jackson Slate (Brian Krause) led a diving expedition down the massive Great Blue Hole off the coast of Belize. Their goal was to unearth a long-lost Mayan treasure, but instead they stirred a creature that had been lying dormant for more than 60,000 years. Now that creature is about to strike back with a vengeance, and should the treasure hunters fail at stopping it, hundreds of more hatchings will follow, eventually making their way to dry land, and knocking mankind off the top of the food chain.
