Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
When Radar the Police Car comes into contact with a fallen power cable, he's grated special powers that make him the city's greatest hope for catching a pair of shady criminals who are plotting to profit from the local water supply. With the help of his best friend Dottie the Otter, Radar shifts into detective mode as he races to stop the mischievous Badger Brothers from stealing the city's drinking water, and selling it to unsuspecting citizens at a major markup.
