Two newlyweds find their happy marriage crumbling with the sudden arrival of an envious stranger in this tense psychological thriller. Realizing they won't be able to afford the mortgage on their dream house without some serious help, Jen and Mitch decide to rent out some space to their best friend Danny. At first things were going great -- then Blair came into the picture. Invited into house by Danny, Blair covets the life that Jen and Mitch have, and she'll stop at nothing to claim it for herself. Now, as the scheming siren starts to turn the three friends against one another, it soon becomes obvious that Blair won't leave quietly.
