Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A professional diver descends into the North Sea during the Norwegian oil boom of the early 1980s, only to find that the greatest danger to his life isn't exploring the depths of the ocean in this thriller inspired by actual events. Massive deposits of oil and gas have been discovered in the North Sea, and untold wealth awaits the first person who manages to extract them. Petter (Aksel Henne) and his brother are veteran divers with the skills to get the job done, but when Petter collapses during a dive, his brother perishes. Now, guilt-ridden and possibly brain damaged from the accident, Petter seeks to learn just who's calling the shots from behind the scenes. But the closer he gets to an answer, the more his life is in danger. Wes Bentley and Stephen Lang co-star.
