Steve Pate is a well-respected professional golfer with six PGA tournament victories to his credit; after a serious injury, he was searching for an exercise regime which would help him get back in shape and ready to play again and discovered Pilates, an offshoot of yoga which helps strengthen muscles and burn calories while increasing strength, balance, and focus. Pilates on the Go: For Golf is an exercise video created by Maria Leone in collaboration with Steve Pate that demonstrates a Pilates program specially designed for golfers, which can help them increase their speed, improve their swing, boost flexibility, and promote better concentration.
