Set against the relaxing backdrop of a beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii beach, this complete Pilates program is intended to enhance the mind-body connection that is integral to overall health and well-being. Building on ten years' experience as instructor and owner of Pacific Pilates, Inc., Dana Hershman combines dance, yoga, and gymnastics components with traditional Pilates moves in a workout suitable for daily use. She designed the program to create a sense of body awareness, allowing viewers to identify and relieve pain, fatigue, and stress. The exercises also promote strength, toning, flexibility, and energy flow, as well as enhance sexual and spiritual awareness. The program is suitable for all fitness levels.
