Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Originally created for British television, Phil Collins: A Life Less Ordinary features interviews with the artist, his family, and those who have worked with him. Those interviews are interspersed with performance clips in order to tell the story of his rise to fame starting as a teenage drummer for Genesis and flowering into an Oscar and Grammy award winning solo artist. Included are performances of such Collins favorites as "In the Air Tonight," "One More Night," "Sussudio," as well as popular cover versions of "Groovy Kind of Love," and "You Can't Hurry Love.
