Synopsis
This two-part documentary follows early Christianity's two most pivotal figures, as they get the "Jesus movement" off the ground in the first 30 years after Jesus' death. Though both were bold and passionate, Paul was articulate and cosmopolitan, while Peter was gruff and parochial. But each faced the same constant danger. Salome Jens narrates. From the producers of the 200 PBS series "The Roman Empire in the First Century."
