Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Mary Grant (Katherine MacDonald) has a gambling father and a mother who has disappeared. Even though she has been raised in a convent she proves true to her ancestry by running away to Monte Carlo and spending her small inheritance at the gambling table. She meets up with handsome Prince Vanno Della Robbia (Norman Kerry) and they fall in love. But the Prince's brother Angelo (Rudolphe Valentine, better known as Rudolph Valentino) has married a woman named Marie Grant (Nell Craig) who has a murky past. The similarity of names is the cause for a lot of misunderstandings, and Mary winds up in the hands of a gang of crooks. Prince Vanno rescues her, everything is cleared up, and they end up together. This picture was based on a novel by C.N. and A.M. Williamson.
