Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
Using George Orwell's 1984 as inspiration, director Gabor Altorjay has projected current problems and characteristics of socialist governments into the future in this rather conventional film. The setting is a "nerve clinic" whose patients' fantasies provide some needed relief to the heavy-duty handling of the bleak institutionalized living that is portrayed here. What is needed to complete Altorjay's inspiration is more of a story line.
