This program takes the viewer to the famous Palm-Aire Spa to learn about the facility's seven-day plan to improved health and beauty. The focus is on working on the inside to improve the outside. The highest quality foods -- high in fiber and low in fat -- are prepared to please the eye and palate. Spa instructors teach relaxation techniques, including yoga and meditation, to soothe the inner self. The importance of daily, weight-bearing exercise is emphasized, to keep bones and muscles strong and healthy.
