Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Filmmaker Anthony Palombit's contribution to the 2008 San Francisco LGBT Film Festival focuses on the healing and celebratory power of gay "country culture" as practiced in San Francisco's popular Sundance Saloon - a country and western dance bar that caters to an exclusively homosexual clientele. As eight club regulars join the director in a spiritual journey consisting of a series of group sessions in which they employ totemic items in regress back to the time when they were growing up gay, everyone attempts to come to terms with their lingering psychic wounds while moving happily into the future.
