Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
This is a French political/action film. Tom (Rufus) is a Swiss man with a very regular life. He takes walks with his dog and helps a political amnesty group with its paperwork. Then he becomes obsessed with helping a group of political prisoners in a very obscure small country. After he arrives there, he learns how to shoot a gun with the help of a lovely young woman and then goes on to assassinate the dictator of the country. In prison, he meets the people who had motivated him to become involved. He proposes that they try to escape, but they refuse, believing that their martyrdom is more useful to the cause.
