Synopsis by Jennifer Lackman
In this creepy horror film two demented brothers, Darryl (Bill Moseley) and John Roy (Kane Hodder) intercept calls to 911 and perform medical torture on their victims in their father's old ambulance. Cast includes Brandi Cyrus, Olivia Alexander, Caitlin Harris, Sascha Knoph and Maxwell Zagorski.
