Chairman Ho Chung-ping (Chow Yun-fat), her former mentor and now lover had promised her a large chunk of shares, but that plan is in jeopardy because of an audit that exposes backroom dealings. The arrival of a young idealist (Wang Ziyi) creates complications for the duo. Cast includes Tang Wei, Eason Chang and Lang Yueting. Music is composed by Lo Dayu.
